This 3 in 1 unit milk filling machine integrates rinsing, filling, capping into one unit, It is applied to fill milk, hot fruit juice, tea and other beverage into thermal proof PET bottle by changing few parts. This equipment can realize to asepsis filling as it equipped with constant temperature controlling system.
Features
1. The machine is mainly used in the milk filling operations. The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.
2. It is automatic in total process and suitable for PET bottled juice tea milk drink which can resistant high temperature.
3. It makes by high quality SUS304 and key parts are precision machined by NC tool.
4. The total machine adopts advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each part's operation status, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, automatic easy operation.
5. Using the wind sent access, with clamp hanging the bottle neck which can keep the bottle shape high-speed.
6. Washing bottle mouth with special designed washing manipulator, clip in the bottle neck, stable avoid secondary pollution.
7. Filling uses lifting valve, adopts micro pressure filling principle to ensure correct filling.
8. Capping adopts French advanced technology, cap sorter install in a lower position, send cap in level position.
